Bonjour, I’M Chef Claire
For more than eleven years, our team has pushed the limits for how fresh and creative macarons can taste. Its also the result of the continued loving support of many people who crossed our path or joined Duverger since my husband Bernard, and I began making macarons in our Los Angeles home kitchen, shortly after moving from France.
