We are positive you will be delighted with Duverger macarons but if you do experience an issue with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right!

• Duverger macarons are perishable and cannot be returned.
• All supply sales are final.
• There are no returns or exchanges on any products including non-perishable items.
• Color may vary slightly from photographs shown on the website as our products are handmade.
• Refunds or credits will be evaluated on a case by case, and submission does not imply an automatic refund or credit:
  • A complaint form must be submitted within two (2) days of receiving your order.
  • Pictures of the shipping box, macarons, and lot numbers will be required.
  • Details of the issue experienced.

Note: By submitting your order, you agree that once your package is delivered, you are responsible for collecting your package, removing it from your delivery area, and putting it in the freezer right way.
