All macaron orders are shipped on a two (2) day service in an insulated shipper with a temperature control liner and dry ice*.

Orders ship via FedEx 2 Day Express:

  • East Coast – ships Tuesday with an estimated delivery of Thursday/Friday
  • West Coast – ships Wednesday with an estimated delivery of Friday

When your order has been processed you will receive an email with your FedEx Tracking number.

We are not responsible if your submitted delivery address is not complete or incorrect and a refund will not be issued.
We do not deliver to residential addresses.
If at your request, an order that is in transit is rerouted to a different address, you will be billed for any fees incurred for this service.

Due to circumstances outside of our control such as mechanical issues, natural disasters, weather delays, etc., delivery days are not guaranteed. However, if your order is not delivered by the above estimated days, we will issue you a credit if the contents have perished upon delivery.

*Dry ice: Avoid eye and skin contact. Never handle dry ice without appropriate protection. Do not store in areas without ventilation.

Note: By submitting your order, you agree that once your package is delivered, you are responsible for collecting your package and removing it from your delivery area and putting it in the freezer right way.

Order Cancellation and Modifications

Orders may be modified or cancelled within two (2) business days of the ship pick-up date. We will try our best to accommodate your request; however, such changes cannot be guaranteed due to the order processing schedule.

  • East Coast – Tuesday
  • West Coast – Wednesday
